We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and reliable individual to join our team as an HVAC Neighborhood Canvasser. In this role, you’ll represent Moss Heating and Cooling in local neighborhoods—engaging with residents, promoting our services, and generating interest in seasonal tune-ups, energy-efficient upgrades, and free consultations.
- Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners face-to-face
- Educate residents about Moss Heating and Cooling’s services and promotions
- Generate leads by collecting basic homeowner information
- Schedule in-home estimates or inspections when appropriate
- Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude
- Accurately track and report lead activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Dependable, with reliable transportation
- Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
- Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Basic HVAC knowledge is helpful, but not required—we provide training
